Job summary

National Seating & Mobility in Houston seeks an enthusiastic sales professional to grow our home accessibility business. You will coordinate installation projects, build referral networks, and ensure accurate client intake and timely quotes.

The role requires 3+ years of outside sales or direct-to-consumer experience, a High School Diploma or equivalent, and a commitment to client education, safety, and reliable service. Travel and regular attendance are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency certificate.
• 3+ years of outside sales or direct to consumer sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with branch teams to oversee and complete all Access installation projects.
• Develop new referral sources and customers through professional presentations to local referral sources and medical personnel.
• Ensure home evaluations are completed and orders entered in a timely manner with proper client intake information.
• Assist in timely completion of work orders including quotes for customers, referral sources and insurers.
• Ensure proper and timely delivery of equipment and educate customers on use and safety.
• Coordinate with technicians or processing center to prepare equipment for installation or repairs and follow up on client satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of NSM products, services, and policies including Infection Control and Equipment Management.
