Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with branch team members to oversee and complete all Access installation projects.
  • Develop new referral sources and customers through professional presentations to local referral sources and medical personnel; assess client needs for equipment.
  • Ensure home evaluations are completed and orders entered in a timely manner with proper client intake information.
  • Assist in preparing quotes and ensuring timely follow-up on work orders and deliveries.
  • Ensure proper and timely delivery of equipment to customers.
  • Educate customers on equipment use, safety and financial considerations.
  • Obtain required documentation and signatures; ensure customer education throughout the process.
  • Coordinate with the Technician or Regional Processing Center to prepare equipment for installation or repairs; follow up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain knowledge of products, services, techniques, and clinical skills relevant to responsibilities.
  • Adhere to NSM policies including Infection Control and Equipment Management.
  • Assist with quarterly physical inventory counts as needed.
  • Maintain regular and predictable attendance.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. 1. Coordinate with branch team members to oversee and complete all Access installation projects.
  2. 2. Responsible for developing new referral sources and customers through professional presentation to local referral sources and medical personnel. Utilizes all appropriate, ethical, and legal avenues to create and maintain business. Completes proper home evaluations to ensure appropriate recommendations for equipment that will best serve the customer's specific need.
  3. 3. Ensures home evaluations are completed and orders are entered in a timely manner and that all necessary client intake information is documented and forwarded to the appropriate branch administration.
  4. 4. Assists in the timely completion of work orders which may involve but is not limited to research of components, calculation and extension of equipment prices, responding to requests for additional information and preparation of quotes for customers, referral sources and insurance companies. Provides follow-up on work orders to ensure timely receipt and delivery.
  5. 5. Responsible for ensuring proper and timely delivery of equipment to customer.
  6. 6. Ensures proper customer education occurs regarding equipment use, safety and financial considerations.
  7. 7. Ensure that proper customers education occurs throughout the process and proper documentation and signatures are obtained.
  8. 8. Coordinates with the Technician or Regional Processing Center, as necessary to prepare equipment for installation or repairs. Follows up, as necessary, to ensure client satisfaction.
  9. 9. Maintains knowledge of products, services, techniques, and clinical skills necessary to complete responsibilities.
  10. 10. Maintains knowledge and adheres to NSM’s policies and procedures including Infection Control and Equipment Management policies.
  11. 11. Provides support with quarterly physical inventory count as needed.
  12. 12. Must maintain regular and predictable attendance.
Physical Demands

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Required Education, Experience and Competencies

High School Diploma or equivalency certificate

3+ years of outside sales or direct to consumer sales experience
