Job summary

National Seating & Mobility, Inc. is seeking a sales-oriented professional to grow our home accessibility business in Columbus, OH. You will coordinate with branch teams, secure referrals, and guide customers from evaluation to installation.

The role requires 3+ years of outside sales experience, a high school diploma, and strong ability to educate customers about equipment, pricing, and safety. Travel and flexible scheduling may be involved as we deliver mobility solutions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency certificate.
• 3+ years of outside sales or direct to consumer sales experience.
• NSMT1

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with branch team members to oversee and complete all Access installation projects.
• Develop new referral sources and customers through presentations to local referral sources and medical personnel; assess home needs and recommend equipment.
• Ensure home evaluations are completed and orders are entered promptly; document client intake information for branch administration.
• Assist in timely completion of work orders, including research, pricing, and quotes for customers, referral sources, and insurers; follow up for delivery.
• Ensure proper and timely delivery of equipment to customers.
• Educate customers on equipment use, safety, and financial considerations.
• Ensure proper customer education and obtain required signatures throughout the process.
• Coordinate with Technicians or Regional Processing Center to prepare equipment for installation or repairs; follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, techniques, and clinical skills relevant to responsibilities.
• Maintain adherence to NSM policies including Infection Control and Equipment Management policies.
• Assist with quarterly physical inventory counts as needed.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
