Job summary

National Seating & Mobility, Inc. in Missouri is seeking an enthusiastic sales professional to grow our home accessibility business. You will coordinate with branch teams to manage Access installation projects and develop new referrals from local healthcare providers.

The role emphasizes educating customers about equipment options, providing timely quotes, and ensuring smooth order delivery while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside sales or direct-to-consumer sales experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with branch team members to oversee and complete all Access installation projects.
• Develop new referral sources and customers through professional presentations to local referral sources and medical personnel; assess client needs for equipment.
• Ensure home evaluations are completed and orders entered in a timely manner with proper client intake information.
• Assist in preparing quotes and ensuring timely follow-up on work orders and deliveries.
• Ensure proper and timely delivery of equipment to customers.
• Educate customers on equipment use, safety and financial considerations.
• Obtain required documentation and signatures; ensure customer education throughout the process.
• Coordinate with the Technician or Regional Processing Center to prepare equipment for installation or repairs; follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, techniques, and clinical skills relevant to responsibilities.
• Adhere to NSM policies including Infection Control and Equipment Management.
• Assist with quarterly physical inventory counts as needed.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
