In this role, you will support clients throughout their vacation planning journey by helping organize travel arrangements, managing reservation details, and providing consistent assistance to ensure each trip is well-prepared and smoothly coordinated.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with clients to identify travel needs, preferences, and timing requirements
• Assist in assembling and coordinating personalized vacation plans
• Review travel options such as hotels, flights, cruises, transportation, excursions, and activities
• Navigate approved systems to verify availability and support booking processes
• Share updates on reservation progress, confirmations, and itinerary details
• Communicate with clients through phone, email, and online messaging platforms
• Manage itinerary adjustments, booking modifications, and service follow-ups
• Maintain organized and accurate client records within internal systems
• Stay current on supplier updates, travel offers, and destination information
