Job summary

RealManage is seeking an experienced HOA Management professional for a remote role, with local Florida CAM licensure. The role involves serving HOA boards, guiding budgeting, financial oversight, and vendor management across communities.

Strong communication and governance experience are essential. Candidates should have HOA management exposure, ability to lead board meetings, and deliver timely reports on collections, compliance, and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Florida CAM license and HOA management experience.
• CAI designation strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve the Board as a consultant in a professional manner.
• Provide weekly updates to the Board on collections, ACC requests, compliance, service requests, and work order activity.
• Provide administrative, operational, and managerial advice to the Board of Directors.
• Develop and submit complete annual budgets and oversee vendor management and contracts.
• Attend monthly Manager’s and training meetings and coordinate with residents to ensure high service levels.
