Job summary

PURE Insurance is seeking a HNW Residential Property Advisor in New Orleans to perform independent risk assessments on high-value homes. You will communicate findings to members, recommend mitigation strategies, and support underwriting decisions with disciplined professional judgment.

The role involves field work across regions, including Western Arkansas and Oklahoma City, with autonomy and a focus on exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required – relevant field experience is valued.
• 3+ years as a Risk Manager at an insurance carrier or related role with property risk exposure.
• 5+ years in high-value home construction, skilled trades, home inspection, appraisal, or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills; ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Perform PURE 360 Risk assessments evaluating property conditions, replacement cost, and risk factors.
• Analyze findings to assess loss probability; provide practical loss prevention recommendations.
• Collaborate with Underwriting and internal stakeholders to support risk selection and business decisions.
• Evaluate site conditions and geographic/peril-specific risk factors; communicate results clearly to members.
• Represent PURE in members’ homes with professionalism and care.
