Job summary

ViiV Healthcare seeks a Community Engagement Account Manager to drive local community engagement for launch brands in HIV prevention and treatment. The role emphasizes cross-functional partnerships, adaptable execution, and measurable objectives within a launch context.

The candidate will partner with sales, clinical educators, and medical teams to deliver integrated product experiences, expand PrEP access, and build relationships with AIDS Service Organizations and other community-based groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech or HIV-related fields is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and work with local communities to advance HIV prevention and treatment.
• Lead community initiatives aligned with territory sales with matrix teams.
• Deliver branded and unbranded content to AHCPs and patients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide a cohesive ViiV experience.
• Build community networks to expand PrEP linkage to care and treatment.
