SandboxAQ is seeking a Hiring Experience and Operations Manager to elevate our recruiting experience and drive automation across the talent lifecycle. You will own the end-to-end journey for candidates, interviewers, hiring managers, and the recruiting team, leading a Coordinators group and partnering with HR, Finance, and onboarding to streamline workflows.

The role emphasizes AI-driven enhancements, data-informed decisions, and scalable processes in a dynamic, remote US environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting Operations, with 1+ years of people management.
• Experience in frontier technology or AI startups.
• Hands-on experience with AI recruiting tools and automation.
• Proven employer branding and campus recruitment exposure.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with HR, Finance, onboarding, and hiring managers.

Responsabilités

• Manage recruiting tech stack and analytics to maximize effectiveness and output.
• Own end-to-end hiring journey for all stakeholders and triage complex operational issues.
• Lead a team of Recruiting Coordinators and oversee interview scheduling and travel.
• Drive global employer branding and campus recruiting partnerships.
• Partner with HR, finance, onboarding, and immigration to streamline workflows.
• Provide recruiting support during high-volume periods when capacity demands.
