Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day recruitment operations and candidate tracking.
• Coordinate with managers and candidates for interview steps and feedback.
• Manage candidate communications and scheduling for a seamless experience.
• Maintain records of statuses, pipeline stages, and docs.
• Support posting jobs and proactive sourcing, initial screening.
• Improve workflows and systems to boost efficiency.
• Represent the company at SF recruiting events about every two weeks.
