The role supports data quality, health information exchange, and patient documentation accuracy. Strong analytical skills and Epic EHR experience are preferred, with a focus on PHI compliance and timely error resolution.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates ability to analyze complex information and apply critical thinking solutions.
• Experience with Epic EHR systems and identity management is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and health information management processes.

Responsibilities

• Accurately complete daily work queues and duties.
• Analyze complex error correction scenarios including duplicate records and overlays.
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle, Patient Access, and IT to resolve errors.
• Maintain accurate statistics to support quality and productivity metrics.
• Ensure compliance with PHI laws and regulations.
