Job summary

Intermountain Health in Utah is seeking a Data Integrity Specialist I to support the Health Information Management team, ensuring integrity of the Legal Health Record and Master Patient Index. This role analyzes complex error scenarios including duplicate and overlay resolutions, aiding health information exchange and documentation accuracy.

Responsibilities include managing daily error queues, collaborating with Revenue Cycle, Patient Access, and Technical teams, and maintaining quality metrics

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent.
Ability to analyze complex information and apply critical thinking.

Responsibilities

Complete daily work queues accurately and in a timely manner.
Proficient in advanced functions of multiple patient identification systems.
Complete time-sensitive daily error queues and patient error corrections.
Report and resolve errors with Revenue Cycle, Patient Access, Technical and external partners.
Produce accurate statistics to maintain high quality and productivity.
Comply with all laws and regulations governing PHI.
