Pomelo Care is seeking a Clinical Recruiting Associate to drive high-volume provider recruitment for its Midlife Program, including Dietitians, Menopause Providers, and Mental Health Specialists. You will engage candidates, manage multi-channel outreach, and vet clinicians to support scalable care delivery.

The role emphasizes fast-moving recruitment cycles, organized pipeline management, and clear, timely communication with applicants in a fully remote US-based setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-volume recruiting in healthcare, telehealth, or clinical recruiting.
• Experience hiring 1099 contractors.
• Proven experience driving high-volume sourcing using tools like Indeed, Juicebox, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated point of contact for prospective providers, vet and engage Registered Dietitians, Menopause Providers, and Mental Health Specialists.
• Drive applicant engagement and funnel velocity through proactive outreach and prompt follow-ups to increase offers and reduce time-to-hire.
