Job summary

DEPCOM Power is seeking a High Voltage Project Manager to lead HV substation and interconnection projects within the Midwest portfolio. You will drive performance by managing scope, schedule, budget, and risk while coordinating with EPC contractors and design teams through engineering to commissioning.

The role requires an Electrical Engineering background with HV design and construction experience, and offers remote work within the U.S. with ~50% travel based on project needs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading high-voltage substation and interconnection projects.
• Experience reviewing high-voltage engineering drawings, specs, studies, and deliverables.
• Knowledge of substation design, protection and control systems, and interconnection requirements.
• Experience managing EPC contractors and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead HV substation/interconnection projects from engineering through commissioning and closeout.
• Drive project performance across scope, schedule, budget, and risk plans.
• Manage EPC contractors, engineering consultants, utilities, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure success.
• Lead technical reviews of protection and control designs, equipment specs, and construction drawings.
