Job summary

DEPCOM Power, Inc, a Koch company, is seeking a High Voltage Project Manager to lead the execution of large-scale HV substation and interconnection projects across the Midwest portfolio. You will manage EPC contractors, review engineering deliverables, and drive the project from engineering through commissioning, while coordinating with utilities and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has an Electrical Engineering background and proven experience with HV design, construction, and contractor

Qualifications

Experience managing high-voltage substation, transmission, interconnection, or utility infrastructure projects.
Experience reviewing high-voltage engineering drawings, specifications, studies, and construction deliverables.
Knowledge of substation design, construction practices, protection and control systems, and interconnection requirements.
Valid driver's license and legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Lead the execution of high-voltage substation and interconnection projects from engineering through commissioning and closeout.
Drive project performance by managing scope, schedule, budget, risk, and deliverables.
Manage and influence EPC contractors, engineering consultants, utilities, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Lead technical reviews of substation engineering packages, protection/control designs, equipment specs, and drawings.
