Job summary

Signature Companies is seeking a Field Consultant to perform on-site High Value Property Surveys across Bibb, Jones, Twiggs, Peach, Green and Putnam counties in Georgia. You will work from a home office, manage your own schedule, and complete web-based reports with guidance from our loss control platform.

You should be self-motivated with strong communication skills; real estate, insurance adjusting, construction or home appraisal experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in Real Estate, Insurance Adjusting, Construction or Home Appraisals is a plus.
• Familiarity with CAD, Rapid Sketch, Xactimate or similar diagramming software.
• Self-starting, self-motivated and self-directed work style desirable.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct on-site High Value Property Surveys.
• Visit properties, take photos and measurements.
• Identify construction materials/characteristics and features.
• Obtain home and structure measurements and estimate replacement value.
• Communicate findings to the underwriter through loss control system.
