Job summary

Signature Companies is seeking a Field Consultant to perform on-site High Value Property surveys in Montgomery, Preble, Greene and Miami counties. You will work from a home office, scheduling surveys around your own calendar and coordinating with homeowners and insurance agents.

Responsibilities include taking measurements, photos, and notes for underwriters, producing loss-control reports, and identifying property characteristics and hazards.

Qualifications

• High level of professionalism.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Must have smartphone, tablet and Windows-Based PC.
• High speed internet, digital camera with 16mp camera or greater, measuring devices such as laser, soft tape measure, or measuring wheel.
• Late model vehicle and Auto and General Liability Insurance.
• BA or BS degree desired but not required.
• Construction experience desired but not required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct on-site High Value Property Surveys.
• Coordinate and complete surveys within your schedule and manage accepted work assignments.
• Visit properties, take photos and measurements, note issues for underwriter review.
• Generate a replacement value estimate and identify major hazards.
• Communicate information gathered during on-site inspection in loss control 360 via Signature website.
