You will travel to properties, take photos and precise measurements, and use CAD/diagramming tools as needed. Independent contractor status (1099) offers flexibility and potential supplemental income.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct on-site High Value Property Surveys.
• Visit properties, take photos and measurements.
• Identify construction materials/characteristics and unique features.
• Generate an estimated replacement value of the home and identify major hazards.
• Communicate findings to underwriters via loss control portal.
