Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct site-based and virtual high-value home surveys.
• Coordinate and complete surveys within your own schedule.
• Manage assignments you accept and ensure reports are web-based and completed online.
• Identify construction materials and unique features of the home.
• Generate an estimated replacement value and identify major hazards.
