Job summary
FH Collective Academy is seeking a Sales Patient Coordinator to drive high-value dental case bookings in a 100% remote, full-time contractor role across LATAM, APAC, and EU. The position focuses on managing long sales cycles for cases ranging from $3,000 to $25,000+, with commission and performance bonuses.
You will lead conversions, handle objections, and coordinate with teams to ensure customer travel readiness and successful outcomes.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales experience and proven track record in high-ticket B2C sales.
- Proven experience closing deals from $3,000+.
- Experience with long-cycle B2C sales.
- Strong objection handling and negotiation skills.
- Excellent follow-up and pipeline management.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.
Responsibilities
- Convert inbound and outbound leads into qualified, confirmed bookings.
- Manage long sales cycles with structured and consistent follow-ups.
- Handle objections related to price, travel, treatment, and clinic credibility.
- Present treatment packages, quotes, and relevant information professionally.
- Qualify patients based on treatment intent, financial readiness, and timeline.
- Follow up with booked patients to ensure they are prepared and ready to travel.
- Maintain accurate CRM records throughout the sales funnel.
- Work with Team Leaders to ensure booking quality and attendance.
- Contribute to sales targets, coaching, and performance reviews.
