The Contractor Consultants is seeking an Account Executive to close high‑ticket construction sales. This 100% remote role offers a real W2 base, uncapped commission, and an OTE of $200k–$250k, with top performers earning more. Expect to close deals around $29,000 ACV with a steady stream of warm leads.

You will own the CRM pipeline end to end, build rapport with contractors and buyers, manage onboarding and renewals, and drive revenue growth in a fast‑growing, award‑winning team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years closing high-ticket B2B deals (five-figure contracts).
• Multi-call sales experience with urgency across short cycles.
• Advanced CRM ownership (HubSpot or Salesforce).
• Money confidence—discuss price, ROI and payment.
• Experience taking payments over the phone (cracking the card).
• Thrives in a fast-growing, small-team environment.

Responsibilities

• Convert warm, marketing-qualified leads into contracts (ACV ~ $29k).
• Secure payment directly with decision-makers.
• Own HubSpot/Salesforce pipeline end to end.
• Build rapport with contractors, owners, and buyers.
• Manage onboarding handoffs, 45‑day check-ins, and renewals.
• Cultivate referral pipeline by becoming a trusted advisor.
• Adapt as product/process evolve.
