The Contractor Consultants is seeking an Account Executive to close high-ticket construction sales. This 100% remote, full-time role offers a real W2 base ($70,000) plus uncapped commission with an OTE of $200,000–$250,000.

You will convert warm, qualified leads into annual partnerships, manage the HubSpot/Salesforce pipeline end-to-end, and collaborate with leadership to drive rapid growth in the construction sector.

Qualifications

• 3+ years closing high-ticket B2B deals
• Experience managing multi-call sales cycles
• Strong ability to discuss price and ROI
• Proven CRM ownership and pipeline management

Responsibilities

• Convert warm, marketing-qualified leads into annual partnerships (~$29,000 ACV) across a 2–3 call cycle
• Secure payment on the call with decision-makers
• Own HubSpot/Salesforce pipeline end-to-end
• Build rapid rapport with contractors, construction owners and buyers
• Manage the full relationship lifecycle: onboarding, 45-day check-ins, renewals
• Cultivate a referral pipeline by being a trusted advisor to your book of business
