Base salary is $70,000 with strong OTE potential and a clear path to leadership. This role reports to the VP of Sales and focuses on scalable growth in a fast-growing firm.

Qualifications

• 3+ years closing high-ticket B2B deals.
• Multi-call sales experience with short cycles.
• Advanced CRM ownership (HubSpot or Salesforce).
• Money confidence — discuss price, ROI and payment.

Responsibilities

• Convert warm marketing-qualified leads into annual hiring partnerships (~$29,000 ACV).
• Secure payment on the call with decision-makers.
• Own the HubSpot/Salesforce pipeline end to end, with clean data and forecasts.
