Job summary

The Contractor Consultants is hiring an Account Executive — High-Ticket Construction Sales (Closer) to close warm, marketing-generated leads for 2–3 call cycles. You will operate 100% remotely in the US, with a real W2 base and uncapped commission to drive earnings.

Compensation includes a $70,000 base plus uncapped commission and an OTE of $200,000–$250,000. The role focuses on high-ticket contracts with an average ACV around $29,000, reporting to the VP of Sales and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• 3+ years closing high-ticket B2B deals, five-figure contracts, not transactional volume.
• Multi-call sales experience with defined deal velocity.
• Advanced CRM ownership (HubSpot or Salesforce) with pipeline as P&L.
• Money confidence to discuss price, ROI and payment.
• "Cracking the card" — comfortable taking payment over the phone.
• Small-team DNA; thrive in high-growth, fast-changing environments.

Responsibilities

• Convert warm marketing-qualified leads into annual hiring partnerships (~$29,000 ACV) across a 2–3 call cycle, with a two-day to two-week close.
• Secure payment on the call directly with decision-makers.
• Own the HubSpot pipeline end to end with clean data and forecast.
• Build rapid rapport with contractors, construction owners and corporate buyers.
• Manage onboarding, 45-day check-ins and annual renewal support.
• Cultivate a referral pipeline by becoming a trusted advisor to your book of business.
• Adapt as product, process and model evolve.
