The position is remote, full-time, with a non-negotiable salary of $48,000 plus a potential annual performance bonus. Preference for Ohio residents, travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• State of Ohio Intervention Specialist License.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.) proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Modify and adapt the K12 curriculum to meet the unique needs of each student.
• Write and maintain compliant IEPs for students with disabilities.
• Collaborate with general education teachers to meet student goals.
• Educate parents on instructional strategies.
• Coordinate and facilitate IEP meetings.
• Proctor achievement and other required testing, including alternate assessments if required.
