004 K12 Virtual Schools LLC seeks a High School Intervention Specialist for grades 9-12 to support students with diverse learning needs. The High School Intervention Specialist 9-12 works with students who have a wide range of learning, mental, emotional and physical disabilities to ensure that lessons and teaching strategies meet the students' needs, teach independent living skills, and provide appropriate literacy, communication, and math skills.
Certificate and License: State of Ohio Intervention Specialist License.
Residency Requirement: Prefer Ohio residents. Will consider applicants from a surrounding state to Ohio within one hundred miles from the Ohio border. Border states include Michigan, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Kentucky, and Indiana. Applicants must be able to meet travel requirements and be willing and able to obtain Ohio Certification. Start Date: August 2026. The non-negotiable salary for this position is $48,000 plus the opportunity to earn an annual performance bonus through the school.
This is a full-time remote position.
Ability to work independently, typically 40+ hours per week is required. Ability to maintain a professional home office without distraction during workday, typically 9-5 (or 8-4) or as defined by the school.
