Qualifications

• Working understanding of Active Directory and Ticketing Systems in real-world settings.
• Familiarity with Financial Solutions-scale workflows, or the appetite to reach them.
• At least 3 years of standing behind your own estimates.
• Comfort with the remote cadence of a Honolulu-based operation.
• A solid foundation in Project Management, refined over 5+ years.
• Demonstrated calm when a Honolulu, HI client changes scope mid-stream.

Responsibilities

• Shave milliseconds off the technology hot path that Financial Solutions users feel every click.
• Scale Financial Solutions's Problem Solving services from Honolulu pilot to HI-wide rollout.
• Sketch the Active Directory architecture, defend it in review, then build the thing.
• Respond to on-call rotations and participate in incident postmortems.
• Ensure code quality through automated linting, testing, and static analysis.
