Qualifications

1–2 years of technical support or Help Desk experience.
Industry-standard IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft).
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT.
Combination of education, certifications, hands-on experience or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

Answer client support requests by phone, email, and chat.
Troubleshoot common end-user technology issues.
Document technical issues clearly and accurately.
Escalate complex problems to the appropriate team.
Collaborate with other technicians and leads to improve customer experience.
