Job summary

Devoted Health is hiring a remote IT helpdesk specialist to support a remote-first workforce, with occasional travel to support offices and events. You will help teammates by turning frustrating tech hurdles into smooth, empathetic, wow moments.

You will support ChromeOS and MacOS, administer Google Workspace, Jamf, Slack, and Atlassian, maintain in-office hardware, and collaborate with teams to resolve tickets and improve processes, keeping the digital office secure and welcoming.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for ChromeOS and MacOS across remote and in-office staff.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve tickets.
