Splash Financial is seeking a HELOC Closing & Delivery Manager to oversee day-to-day closings and investor delivery for our HELOC lending platform. This role serves as the primary contact for borrowers, settlement agents, and investor partners from clear-to-close through loan sale, with guidance from the Director, HELOC Operations.

The position is remote with occasional in-office work in our downtown Cleveland, OH, office.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in mortgage or HELOC closing, post-closing, or loan delivery operations.
• Working knowledge of HELOC lifecycle including lien position, subordination, rescission, and investor delivery requirements.
• Experience reviewing loan files and closing documents for accuracy and resolving discrepancies using established guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Develop and document HELOC closing and investor-delivery checklists, LOS workflows, and eClosing procedures with the Director, HELOC Operations.
• Review HELOC files after credit approval to confirm conditions and disclosures are complete.
• Coordinate with settlement agents, borrowers, and investors to schedule and complete in-person, hybrid, and eClosings.
• Review closing packages for completeness and accuracy, and coordinate corrections before funding.
• Manage the transition of closed HELOC loans into the investor sale and delivery pipeline.
• Maintain organized files and provide information for quality control and regulatory requests.
• Help train closing staff and share process knowledge as the team grows.
