Qualifications

• Basic qualifications include residency in Ohio for Remote Online Notaries (RONs).
• Prior experience with closing policies and documentation is preferred.
• Ability to coordinate with legal for complex documentation needs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Virtually close Home Equity loans for Ohio at customer request.
• Process and prepare paperwork and signatures; coordinate closing dates.
• Interface with closing team and internal partners to ensure timely closings and regulatory compliance.
• Explain loan features/benefits at closing and provide status updates to customers.
