Central Bank is seeking a Mortgage Loan Home Equity Manager to oversee the HELOC division, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with internal policies and Federal/State lending regulations. You will manage risk, appraisal reviews, and funding procedures while coordinating with underwriting, operations, and compliance teams.

The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and ability to drive process improvements in a high-volume environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 10+ years of mortgage operations experience.
• Experience leading and motivating cross-functional teams to achieve results.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with solid problem-solving ability.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate credit risk factors to ensure compliance with Central Bank policy and investor guidelines.
• Oversee appraisal reviews and risk per program guidelines.
• Supervise HELOC opening, processing and funding functions.
• Coordinate with compliance and audit to respond to requests within deadlines.
