Qualifications

• Reside in Ohio for notary acts; virtual closing role uses Ohio jurisdiction.
• Experience with closing policies, funding, underwriting and regulatory requirements.
• Remote online notary license (RON) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Virtually close Home Equity loans for Ohio at customer request.
• Prepare paperwork, signatures, and disclosures; coordinate with closing team.
• Interface with clients, realtors, title companies, counsel, and others as needed.
• Provide timely loan status updates and ensure compliance throughout.
