Qualifications

• Remote Online Notaries (RONs) must reside in the state where commissioned.
• Experience with Home Equity loans is preferred.
• Knowledge of closing policies and funding processes is required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Virtually close Home Equity loans for Ohio at customer request.
• Prepare and process documents and signatures; coordinate with closing team.
• Coordinate closing to funding within designated time frames and ensure compliance.
• Explain features/benefits to customers at closing.
