Splash Financial, Inc. is seeking a HELOC Closing & Delivery Manager to oversee day-to-day closing and investor delivery for our HELOC lending platform.

You will coordinate accurate closings, serve as the primary contact for borrowers and partners, and help scale the program while reporting to the HELOC Operations Director. • Strong documentation and accuracy in reviews.

Responsibilities

• Process Documentation & Improvement: document closings, LOS workflows, and eClosing procedures.
• Pre-Closing File Review & Readiness: ensure disclosures and documents meet guidelines.
• Closing Coordination & Communication: schedule and manage closings with borrowers and investors.
• Funding: coordinate funding steps and post-close activities.
