Job summary

Splash Financial, Inc. is hiring a HELOC Closing & Delivery Manager to coordinate day-to-day closings and investor delivery for our HELOC platform. You will be the main contact for borrowers, settlement agents, and investor partners from clear-to-close through loan sale, reporting to the Director, HELOC Operations.

This role is remote-first with 1–4 days per month in our downtown Cleveland office to support operations, and offers growth opportunities as the program expands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years in mortgage, HELOC closing, post-closing, or loan delivery.
• Familiarity with HELOC lifecycle, lien position, subordination, rescission, and investor delivery requirements.
• Ability to review loan files for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Document closing and investor-delivery checklists and LOS workflows.
• Review title commitments, lien reports, payoff statements, and subordination agreements.
• Coordinate closings with borrowers, settlement agents, and investors (in-person, hybrid, eClosing).
• Verify and fund closing packages, disclosures, and rescission dates; ensure accuracy before funding.
• Manage pipeline from post-approval to investor sale and provide training materials.
