Firstsource Healthcare is seeking a seasoned HELOC Operations Manager in Palm Bay, FL to supervise processing and closing teams from application to funding and post-closing. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in mortgage lending ops, 3+ years in leadership, and strong Encompass LOS knowledge, with NMLS registration or willingness to obtain.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of mortgage lending operations experience.
• At least 3 years in supervisory/management role.
• Deep knowledge of TILA/Reg Z, RESPA/Reg X, ECOA/Reg B, HMDA/Reg C, and related regulations.
• Proficient with Encompass LOS for pipeline management and reporting.
• NMLS registration or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop HELOC Loan Processors and Closers.
• Monitor daily HELOC pipeline and ensure timely progression.
• Track metrics and address performance gaps.
• Conduct regular file audits and maintain QA program.
• Deliver training on HELOC products and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as escalation point for member inquiries and coordinate with partners.
