Job summary

Splash Financial is seeking a HELOC Closing & Delivery Manager to oversee day-to-day closings and investor delivery for our HELOC platform. This role acts as the primary liaison for borrowers, settlement agents, and investor partners from clear-to-close through loan sale, reporting to the Director, HELOC Operations.

The position is based in the Cleveland, OH area, with remote work supported and 1–4 days per month in the downtown office to sustain operational processes.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• At least 2 years of mortgage or HELOC closing, post-closing, or loan delivery experience.
• Familiarity with HELOC lifecycle, lien positions, rescission, and investor delivery requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document HELOC closing and investor-delivery checklists and LOS workflows.
• Review files after credit approval for conditions, disclosures, and documents.
• Coordinate with settlement agents, borrowers, and investors to schedule closings.
• Review funding packages for completeness and accuracy before disbursement.
• Manage pipeline, ensure timely closings, and support process improvement.
