TEKsystems is seeking a fully remote HEDIS Specialist for the Jan 2027–Apr 2027 season. You will support HEDIS medical record pursuits by collecting records via phone, fax, and mail, and coordinating with reviewers to ensure completeness.

Responsibilities include data entry, filing, and maintaining confidentiality, with an emphasis on accuracy and timely completion. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in healthcare, managed care, or health plans related to HEDIS.

Qualifications

• Requires data entry skills and ability to handle confidential information.
• Experience with HEDIS or medical records is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for HEDIS medical record pursuits.
• Collect patient records by phone, fax, and mail.
• Work with record reviewers to assess completeness of records.
• Accurately file, maintain, and track medical records; data entry tasks.
