Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a fully remote HEDIS Specialist for the Jan 2027–Apr 2027 season. You will support HEDIS medical record pursuits by collecting records via phone, fax, and mail, and coordinating with reviewers to ensure completeness.

Responsibilities include data entry, filing, and maintaining confidentiality, with an emphasis on accuracy and timely completion. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in healthcare, managed care, or health plans related to HEDIS.

• Experience with HEDIS or medical records is highly preferred.

Description

Provide support to Health Care Informatics Quality Initiatives, regarding the HEDIS medical record pursuit project. Collect patient records from medical facilities and provider offices by phone, fax, and mail. Work closely with record reviewers to assess completeness of medical records received and conduct additional pursuits as necessary. Accurately file, maintain, and track medical records. Perform data entry and other project related tasks as assigned. Maintain confidence and protect operational activities by keeping information confidential. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
