Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented HEDIS Clerk III for remote work on a 4+ month engagement. The role focuses on coordinating medical records requests, entering data, and supporting the HEDIS team with accurate documentation.

You will conduct provider outreach, manage records in the provider outreach database, and ensure PHI/HIPAA compliance. Training hours follow CST schedule, with remote work nationwide.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years' experience making outbound and inbound calls.
• Data entry experience required.
• Proficiency with PDF, Word and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Request medical record data via fax, email and USPS mail.
• Scan paper documents into the provider outreach database.
• Label documents as directed and file appropriately.
• Utilize software to support HEDIS survey operations.
• Attend meetings with HEDIS Project Manager or Quality Management Specialist.
• Maintain PHI/HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
