Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking a seasoned analyst to run hedging analytics and provide trading recommendations across mortgage servicing rights, leveraging analytics models and data systems. A successful candidate will demonstrate leadership and strong communication skills.

The role requires direct interface with institutional clients, development of valuation models, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure rigorous, trusted insights and industry-aligned results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, statistics, mathematics or business administration or equivalent level of education and experience.
• 3+ years of professional experience in an analyst level role.
• CFA, FRM, or Series 65 license nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Interface directly with institutional clients daily.
• Run hedge analyses as needed.
• Contributes to the development and maintenance of valuation models to align with industry best practices and changing client needs.
• Interfaces with colleagues across multiple teams to explain methodologies and support integration with a high degree of competency and integrity.
