Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking a senior hedging analytics professional to run hedge analyses and provide trading recommendations to clients, primarily in mortgage servicing rights. You will help develop and maintain analytics models and related data systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The successful candidate will demonstrate leadership and excellent communication skills, be comfortable with remote work, and contribute to client solutions while aligning with market standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in finance, economics, statistics, mathematics or business administration or equivalent level of education and experience.
• 3+ years of professional experience in an analyst role.
• CFA, FRM, or Series 65 license is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Interface directly with institutional clients daily
• Run hedge analyses as needed
• Contributes to the development and maintenance of valuation models to align with industry best practices and changing client needs
• Interfaces with colleagues across multiple teams to explain methodologies and support integration with a high degree of competency and integrity
