Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking a skilled analyst to run hedging analytics and provide trading recommendations, focusing on mortgage servicing rights. The role involves developing valuation models and collaborating across teams to meet client needs with integrity.

The candidate should have strong leadership and excellent communication skills, plus a finance-related degree and relevant certifications. Remote work options may be available per company policy.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, statistics, mathematics or business administration or equivalent level of education and experience.
3+ years of professional experience in an analyst level role.
CFA, FRM, or Series 65 license nice to have.

Responsibilities

Interface directly with institutional clients daily.
Run hedge analyses as needed.
Contributes to the development and maintenance of valuation models to align with industry best practices and changing client needs.
Interfaces with colleagues across multiple teams to explain methodologies and support integration with a high degree of competency and integrity.
