Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking a hedge analytics professional to run hedging analyses and provide trading recommendations to clients, primarily in mortgage servicing rights. You will contribute to development and maintenance of analytics models and data systems, collaborating with colleagues across multiple teams.

The ideal candidate brings a Bachelor’s in finance, economics, statistics, mathematics or business administration, 3+ years in an analyst role, and strong leadership and communication skills;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, statistics, mathematics or business administration or equivalent level of education and experience.
• 3+ years of professional experience in an analyst level role.
• CFA, FRM, or Series 65 license nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Interface directly with institutional clients daily.
• Run hedge analyses as needed.
• Contributes to the development and maintenance of valuation models to align with industry best practices and changing client needs.
• Interfaces with colleagues across multiple teams to explain methodologies and support integration with a high degree of competency and integrity.
