SitusAMC is seeking a seasoned Analyst to support loan servicing with direct client interaction and internal stakeholders. The role emphasizes accurate processing of payments, accruals, and loan documents, while ensuring adherence to servicing agreements and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in loan servicing or related fields, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in real estate, finance/accounting, business or equivalent.
• 5+ years of industry experience at Senior Analyst/Analyst level.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Ensure servicing requirements are executed timely and accurately.
• Perform loan management tasks including payments, payoff requests, line advances.
• Maintain proficiency with core loan servicing applications.
• Complete end-of-day processes to minimize funding delays and ensure compliance.
• Escalate issues to Vice President for guidance and resolution.
