Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking Hebrew bilingual experts to contribute to a language and AI training project. You will evaluate Hebrew audio content, assess nativeness, fluency, and linguistic quality, and provide feedback based on established guidelines.

No prior AI experience is required. Strong Hebrew language expertise and English communication skills are essential. This remote contractor role offers flexibility and an opportunity to influence Hebrew-language AI models.

Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in Hebrew.
• B2+ proficiency in English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle linguistic differences.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to clearly explain linguistic observations and evaluation decisions.
• Ability to follow detailed guidelines and apply evaluation criteria consistently.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Listen to Hebrew audio and evaluate nativeness, fluency, and linguistic quality.
• Assess pronunciation, intonation, accent, rhythm, and authenticity.
• Identify unnatural phrasing, pronunciation issues, and subtle language differences.
• Document evaluations with clear feedback in English.
• Provide detailed explanations and justifications for evaluation decisions.
• Follow established guidelines, rubrics, and quality standards consistently.
• Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguous language content.
• Provide linguistic insights to help improve AI models' Hebrew-language understanding and generation.
• Complete assigned audio review tasks accurately and within project deadlines.
• Maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and attention to detail.
