Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Hebrew Bilingual Expert to contribute to language and AI training by evaluating Hebrew audio content and providing feedback based on evaluation guidelines. This contract role emphasizes native Hebrew proficiency, strong English communication, and meticulous linguistic assessment.

You will work remotely, review audio, document findings in English, and help improve Hebrew-language understanding and generation in AI models. Prior AI experience is not required.

Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in Hebrew
• B2+ proficiency in English
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle linguistic differences
• Excellent written communication skills
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to clearly explain linguistic observations and evaluation decisions
• Ability to follow detailed guidelines and apply evaluation criteria consistently
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Responsibilities

• Listen to audio clips in Hebrew and evaluate nativeness, fluency, and overall linguistic quality.
• Assess pronunciation, intonation, accent, rhythm, and linguistic authenticity.
• Identify unnatural phrasing, pronunciation issues, and subtle language differences.
• Document evaluations using clear and concise written feedback in English.
• Provide detailed explanations and justifications for evaluation decisions.
• Follow established guidelines, rubrics, and quality standards consistently.
• Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguous language content.
• Provide linguistic insights to help improve AI models' Hebrew-language understanding and generation.
• Complete assigned audio review tasks accurately and within project deadlines.
• Maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and attention to detail.
