Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in Hebrew with excellent speaking and writing.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to follow detailed guidelines and apply criteria consistently.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Experience in linguistic evaluation or language-related tasks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Listen to Hebrew audio clips and evaluate nativeness, fluency, and linguistic quality.
• Assess pronunciation, intonation, accent, rhythm, and authenticity.
• Identify unnatural phrasing and subtle language differences.
• Document evaluations with clear English feedback and justifications.
• Follow established rubrics and quality standards.
• Collaborate with coordinators to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguities.
• Provide linguistic insights to help improve AI models' Hebrew understanding.
