Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in Hebrew with strong written and spoken skills.
• B2+ proficiency in English for written and verbal communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify subtle linguistic differences.
• Clear written communication of evaluations in English.
• Ability to explain linguistic observations and evaluation decisions.
• Ability to follow detailed guidelines and apply criteria consistently.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Listen to Hebrew audio and assess nativeness, fluency, and overall linguistic quality.
• Evaluate pronunciation, intonation, accent, rhythm, and authenticity.
• Identify unnatural phrasing and language differences.
• Document evaluations with clear, concise feedback in English.
• Provide detailed explanations and justifications for decisions.
• Follow established rubrics and quality standards.
• Collaborate with coordinators to clarify requirements.
• Offer linguistic insights to improve Hebrew-language AI models.
• Complete assigned reviews accurately and on deadlines.
• Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail.
